Who is www.BusinessADR.com?
Eric van Ginkel, J.D., LL.M. - founded www.businessADR.com when he opened his private Arbitration and Mediation practice. Eric and his wife Carol live in West Los Angeles.
When Eric is not arbitrating, mediating, teaching or blogging, he enjoys playing and listening to classical music, attending the theater with Carol, and practicing meditation and yoga. Eric is a citizen of The Netherlands and is a permanent resident of the United States. He often visits Amsterdam to give lectures and visit with family and friends.
Rob Reaugh, MDR - joined www.BusinessADR.com in March 2009 to act as a mediator, convener and online marketing expert for Eric’s Mediation and Arbitration practice.
Currently, Rob is the Executive Director for International Partnering Institute, a non-profit charity focused on delivering education, training and certifications in the Construction Industry. Rob also serves a Mediator for Small Claims, Civil Harassment and Family Law disputes in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A former professional indoor volleyball player in Germany, Rob maintains an active lifestyle coaching and playing beach and indoor volleyball. Rob also enjoys writing and playing music, finding obscure movies to love and travel.
